Small Om Mani Tingsha

Tingshas are two circular, metal discs held together by a metal cord. To play the tingshas, hold one side at the bottom of the leather strap in the center of the tingsha and strike the other side at a 90 degree angle. Allow the sound to resonate until it comes to its natural end. Tingshas are often used at the beginning and at the end of meditation. Chanting the famous Om Mani Padme Hum mantra will release joy and loving kindness while producing a sense of tranquility and inner peace.
